ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

The 4th Annual Construction, Design & Engineering of Data Centers Forum is TBM Group’s flagship US gathering for senior leaders responsible for delivering the next generation of hyperscale and AI data center infrastructure.

Taking place in Dallas, Texas, the forum brings together executives from hyperscalers, colocation providers, developers, investors, contractors, engineering and design firms, utilities, and technology partners to address the industry’s most urgent delivery challenges.

As AI continues to drive unprecedented demand for capacity, the industry faces increasing pressure to shorten time-to-market while overcoming power constraints, supply chain bottlenecks, labor shortages, permitting complexity, and rising construction costs. With Texas at the center of North America’s data center expansion, Dallas has become a critical market for large-scale campus development, power infrastructure investment, and next-generation facility design.

The forum focuses on the practical strategies, technologies, and delivery models enabling faster, more resilient, and more sustainable data center deployment. Through technical presentations, executive panel discussions, and real-world case studies from hyperscale and AI developments across North America, delegates will gain practical insight into accelerating project delivery, securing power, scaling liquid cooling infrastructure, optimizing design and construction, and improving collaboration across the entire development lifecycle.

Designed as a closed-door, invitation-only event, the forum provides a unique opportunity for senior decision-makers to exchange knowledge, benchmark approaches, and build relationships with the executives shaping the future of data center infrastructure in the United States.

Why This Event?

The US data center industry is experiencing its fastest period of growth to date, driven by AI infrastructure, hyperscale cloud expansion, and increasingly power-dense computing environments. As AI campuses continue to exceed 100MW and rapidly move toward gigawatt-scale developments, the industry’s greatest challenge is no longer demand—it is delivering capacity fast enough while securing power, land, supply chains, and skilled resources.

With Dallas and the wider Texas market at the center of this expansion, this year’s forum will examine the engineering, construction, and development strategies required to accelerate delivery without compromising resilience, quality, or long-term operational performance.

Key discussions will focus on reducing time-to-power through integrated planning, utility engagement, and substation development; designing AI-ready facilities with high-density power architectures and liquid cooling; optimizing site selection, entitlement, and campus master planning; improving construction productivity through modularization and prefabrication; and strengthening supply chain resilience for critical electrical and mechanical equipment.

The agenda will also address large-scale project execution, sustainability in data center construction, balancing speed-to-market with long-term operational efficiency, standardization across hyperscale portfolios, and closer collaboration between developers, designers, contractors, utilities, and equipment manufacturers to deliver increasingly complex projects.

Bringing together senior executives responsible for development, design, construction, operations, engineering, site strategy, and infrastructure investment, the forum provides a closed-door platform to exchange practical experience, benchmark delivery models, and explore the solutions shaping the next generation of AI and hyperscale data center infrastructure across North America.
