4th ANNUAL INNOVATIVE CURING & TIRE BUILDING FORUM
About the Conference
Tire building and curing processes account for the largest percentage of energy consumption at the tire production. The machines have a large footprint, overall high costs and remain the largest capital investments for tire companies. The industry is in urgent need for innovation of both processes, since most of the currently used machines are decades old, affecting the tire production and the competitiveness of companies. Also taking into consideration the new age of growing automation, increasing popularity of electric vehicles and new market and environmental requirements, for all the companies it is a challenge to be flexible in the production, to optimize production processes implementing digitalization and automation into the cycles, and to improve the performance using innovations to stay ahead on the market. Process optimization of tire building and curing
The forum discovers and displays the latest challenges in the industry, like automation, reducing duration of curing cycles, waste reduction, and a continuous quest towards sustainability. It offers solutions and presents innovations for companies to get new knowledge and implement it back at home in their companies. It stands as a networking platform for curing and tire building machine producers, end-users and solution providers to come together and communicate effectively.
